Ordering- All of our new watches are authentic and first quality, we do not sell any refurbished products. Watches come complete with gift box, instructions, and warranty information. Quality pre owned watches also include a warranty.

Free Shipping- Ground shipping (normally 2-3 days) is free for purchases within the U.S.!

United States and Canada Orders- For in stock items, place your order securely online using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. You can also fill in our order form, or call us toll free at 1-877-252-6786.

 

APO/FPO- We accept APO/FPO orders, which are shipped via the USPS.

 

International Orders- For international orders placed from outside of the USA or Canada, we can only accept PayPal, shipping to a confirmed address. Please note: we can not ship Damasko watches to locations outside of the US which are already served by a Damasko retailer. Please visit www.damasko.de to contact a retailer near you.

 

Credit Cards and Shipping Addresses- A request to ship to an address that is not the credit card billing address may require additional verification. To make verification easier, please contact your card company (look for a toll free number on the card) and add the desired address to your account. Please contact us if you need any assistance.

Additional payment options include money orders, cashiers checks, and personal checks. To pay by check or money order, select "checks and money orders" on the checkout page. When checkout is complete you will receive a confirmation email with an order number. Please write the order number on your check and send to:

Shipping- Charges for shipping (if any) are calculated at checkout after your address and zip code are entered. Shipping methods include Free FedEx Home or USPS Priority (under 16 ounces is USPS First Class), FedEx 2Day®, FedEx Priority Overnight®, USPS Express Mail, and USPS International Priority and Priority Express. All shipments include insurance. Most orders are dispatched the same business day M-F if ordered by 3:00 PM EST. If you need to change or cancel an order, send us an email, or call 1-877-252-6786. As long as we have not started processing the order for shipment we are happy to make the requested change. International orders may require additional time to verify order details. In all cases, we will always keep you updated by email or phone regarding the status of your order. If your shipment includes tracking information, we will pass along a tracking number as soon as it becomes available. If you have specific shipping requirements please contact us, we will do our best to accommodate you.

Exchange and Return Policies- Please note: All exchange and return items must be unworn, in brand new condition with all packaging, books, tags and other items included, just as they arrived. For straps and bracelets sales are final once the item has been fitted, worn, or sized. WatchMann can not accept the return or exchange of a worn item.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of your purchase date if the above conditions are met.

During the holiday season from November 1st through December 23rd, purchases (excluding special orders) may be returned or exchanged subject to the above conditions through January 31st of the following year.

Please read below for steps to exchange or return.

 

- Call us at 1-877-252-6786 (outside the U.S. call 1-734-412-4995), or email us to obtain a return authorization number within 30 days of your purchase date. A return authorization number written on the outside of the returned package is required. Packages without an RMA number will not be accepted, and returned to sender.

 

- Pack the watch and all contents well, in the box it came in, or an equally strong box for shipping. Do not ship without an outer box, and do not use any kind of envelope for shipping. To protect against loss or damage while in transit to us, we strongly recommend that you insure the shipment for the purchase amount. WatchMann.com is not responsible for any shipping damage or loss of items being sent to us.

 

- Write the return number on the outer package, and ship the watch with full coverage insurance and tracking to:

WatchMann does not charge a restocking fee. Once we receive and approve your return, a refund will be issued within five business days. The actual shipping cost is not included in a refund, unless a return is due to our error. Allow an additional 3-5 business days before the credit appears. If exchanging, we will email or call with your order status. Free shipping is not available on exchange items. Special order items not eligible for a refund include engraved watches, built to order watches, custom requests, and order out watches which are not regular stock items. A store credit or exchange for an order out watch which is not a regular stock item will be available if the item meets our standard return policy. If a special order is cancelled prior to shipment, any deposit on file will be issued back as a store credit. When a deposit is made for a special order item which is not in stock, the purchase date of record will be the date the balance due is paid in full.

Warranty- All new watches have a one, two, or three year warranty, which will be noted in the watch description. The warranty begins at the date of purchase and covers manufacturing defects, excluding the band, glass, battery, and unauthorized non factory repairs. The warranty does not cover damage to cases, straps, bracelets, crystals, stems, or seals. Please note: without exception, opening the watch case back will void the manufacturers warranty.

Depending on the brand, a warranty repair job will be sent directly to the manufacturer or to our office in Michigan, please contact us for specific details. Our policy covers the return shipping cost once a repair is complete, the shipping cost to send us a watch is not covered. For service during the warranty period please contact us.

Security- All credit card data is securely processed using the most current industry standard encryption technology. To verify security during checkout, look for the SSL padlock symbol and "https" in the browser address bar.

Privacy- WatchMann.com respects your privacy and is committed to safeguarding your personal information.
The information you submit to us is used strictly to process your order, or fufill your request for information or service. We do not sell data to any third parties, and will never disclose any personal information, unless it is required by court order.

"Cookies" are small files that are stored on your computer and used by web sites to enhance browsing when you visit. Cookies and anonymous usage data are utilized on our site for the following services: Google Analytics, Google AdWords, newsletter sign up, payment processing, and social media like buttons.
